Youth Ministries

Memorial Baptist presents a Bible-focused program of activities for junior-high and senior-high aged teens (grades 7 - 12) that is led by Pastor of Youth Ministries, Nick Foerster, along with a team of dedicated volunteer leaders.

Youth Discipleship

Youth Discipleship Hour is held on Sundays at 9 a.m. (see calendar).  Our teaching focuses on giving youth a working understanding of the Bible basics as well as practical discipleship training.  We endeavor to instill a biblical worldview to our young people and provide a strong understanding of their role as believers in Jesus.

Both Junior-high (grades 7-8) and Senior-high (grades 9-12) currently meet in church’s lower level.

Youth Connection

Youth Connection is an outreach program designed to link young people to God through Jesus Christ.

During our Youth Connection time (typically on Wednesday evenings—see calendar for schedule), our focus is to give sound doctrine, be godly influences, and build a biblical community.  We do this by offering activities, games and worship for teens to work and grow together, as well as relevant Bible study and discussion.

Youth Connection Activities:

Mission projects in the Madison community and abroad,

World hunger events like “World Vision’s 30 Hour Famine”,

Summer camps and retreats at Camp Fairwood,

“See You at the Pole” prayer events,

And many other fun activities.
